Church Announcements for Sunday October 20th, 2013
- Sunday School – Diocesan Talent competition and Talent show. The Talent competition and Talent show will be held this Saturday, October 26 at St Thomas Church, Philadelphia. For tickets, please contact the Principal. The cost is $10.00 per family.
- If you have not signed up for the St. Mary’s 5k Walk, please sign up and support this event. Honda of Nanuet and First Niagara Bank have signed up as Platinum Sponsors. In addition, we have Green Tree Country Club, Sports Authority, DJ USA and Rockland Bakery as first time sponsors for our church event. We want to thank Binu, Solamen, Siju, Becky, Leena and Philipose Philip for their tremendous effort and commitment. If you cannot participate, we are requesting you to be present and encourage the participants.
- There will be English Qurbana practice in church on Saturday, November 2nd at 3pm. All those who are interested in leading service as well as all altar assistants are requested to attend.
- Family Night will be held from 5-9 pm on November 30 at Clarkstown Community Center 31 Zukor Road, New City, NY 10956. If your children are interested in participating in any events please contact Mr. Manoj John, Event Coordinator.
- This year’s Christmas Carol planning meeting will be held after refreshments.
- The Martha Mariam Samajam Annual Conference was held yesterday at St. Thomas Orthodox Church, Washington D.C. . Several members attended and our church got the third prize in the Quiz competition.

- JCCR Blood drive will be held on November 23, 2013 in our Church. There is a great opportunity to Volunteer. Everyone interested are requested to contact Mr. Jeemon Varghese, Mr. Saji M. Pothen and Mathai Chacko.
- For the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Show on Friday, November 8th, the Bus will have to leave at 2:45 pm sharp to reach on time for the show. Please plan to be here at the church by 2.30 pm
