Church announcements for Sunday January 5th, 2014.
- Today’s Holy Qurbana is celebrated by Rev.Fr. Ittan Pillai due to the absence of our Vicar. I offer our thanks and gratitude to Rev.Fr. Ittan Pillai on behalf of the church.
- Our church participated in the JCCR’s Christmas celebration at the St.John’s Orthodox church on Sunday, December 29, 2013. Our Sunday School children performed the Christmas show which was well appreciated. Special thanks to everyone who participated.
- A meeting of the newly elected managing committee for 2014 will be held next Sunday, Jan 12, after the Holy Qurbana.
- Church welcomes our new member Mr. Justin and Ginni Paul. Justin is son of our member Mr. Chacko and Mariamma Paul.
- On New Year ’s Day, church received $7,500 through first check given by our members.
- Election of MGOCSM office bearers for 2014 will be held next Sunday after the refreshments.
- Next week’s Old Testament Reading will be done by Sneha Varghese.
- Today’s refreshment is hosted by Mr. Justin Paul and family.
- Guest: Church welcomes all the guests who came today.
- 2014 Orthodox College summit was held yesterday, many of our youth attended. (Michele Pothen will come up to speak to us about it briefly).
