Church announcements for Sunday November 10th, 2013
- Christmas Carol Schedule is as follows:
- Sunday, Dec. 1 : Newburgh, Connecticut
- Saturday, Dec. 7: Spring Valley, Valley Cottage
- Sunday, Dec. 8: Congers, New City
- Saturday, Dec. 14: Haverstraw, Pomona, Orangeburg
- Sunday, Dec. 15: Suffern, Nanuet
- Saturday, Dec. 21: New Jersey
- Christmas Carol practice will be held after refreshments today.
- All members are requested to participate in the every scheduled practice as there are not much days left.
- The schedule is posted on the notice board.
- If you have any questions/concerns, please contact coordinator Mr. John Varghese (Saji).
- Family Night will be held from 5-9 pm on November 30 at Clarkstown Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City, NY 10956. If your children are interested in participating in any events please contact Mr. Manoj John, Event Coordinator or Leena Paul and Becky Philip.
- To organize the event better, we have to get the performance list finalized by November 24th. This includes providing the audio/visual cds for your show to the coordinator. Please note that no last minute additions will be entertained.
- We had a nice trip to radio city music hall on Friday November 8th and everybody enjoyed the show especially the children. Thanks to Mathai Chacko and Saju George for coordinating the event. Thanks to Liju Paul and Terry for picking up the tickets.
- There will be a MGOCSM Bake Sale today. Please support the youngsters.
- Reminders:
- Year-end is fast approaching; all members are requested to pay the church dues to the treasurer.
- JCCR Blood drive will be held on November 23rd, 2013 in our Church.
- Next Week’s Bible reading will be done by Ashley Abraham.
- If you have not signed up for the St. Mary’s 5k Walk yet, please sign up and support this event. If you cannot participate, we are requesting you to be present and encourage the participants.
- A quick reminder to please come out to SPORTS AUTHORITY, PALISADES MALL today on 11/10/2013 or Thursday 11/14 between 5PM and 8PM to pick up your 5K t-shirts and goody bags! Also, when you stop by, you are eligible to save 15% on your entire purchase at Sports Authority!
